Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding the reasons behind behaviour, improving quality of life, building skills and reducing behaviours of concern. PBS promotes dignity, choice, inclusion and meaningful participation.

📋 Understanding Behaviour Support Plans

Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) provide practical strategies to help participants achieve positive outcomes, build skills, improve wellbeing and reduce restrictive practices. They are developed collaboratively with participants and their support networks.
